Amazing. Just about to email someone asking for some advice on films to watch and I come across these stills from Pi, one of the movies I watched when I last went on a huge movie spree.

I had downloaded a huge pack of movies called the Mindfuck Movie Pack. It has some amazing films in it and if you come across that gigantic torrent, you should immediately go about getting that on your computer.

Now watching. Good idea or great idea? Or even betterest idea?

Rumor has it that Roland Emmerich is looking to direct two back-to-back sequels to his 1996 Will Smith vehicle Independence Day.  The films would be set on Earth 12-14 years after the first alien invasion and again star Will Smith.

Anyone excited to see these sequels in—oh, I don’t know…—3D?

I’d actually be pretty excited to see these movies. Just as long as Will Smith is in them and I (at least) have the option of not seeing it in 3D.

I’m already sick of 3D movies.

Alice in Wonderland was shit because of the poor 3D. James Cameron was right: don’t do 3D unless you specifically filmed the movie to be in 3D.
